 Bankruptcy & Financial Restructurings – Represents clients regarding any kind of bankruptcy, insolvency or restructuring issue, on both the creditor or debtor side, and in both business or consumer cases.

Business, Finance – Regularly negotiates complex commercial agreements relating to acquisitions of assets or businesses and financing.  Advises clients regarding financial or developmental issues from formation, to expansion, downsizing or restructuring. 

Creditors’ Rights, Collection & Asset Protection – Experience in all issues arising between lenders and borrowers, from either perspective, including collections, asset recovery, foreclosures, attachments, negotiations, forbearance, asset protection, and litigation, in the bankruptcy arena or otherwise.

Dispute Resolution – Expertise in resolving complex multi-party and multi-asset disputes and emotionally tied disputes between individuals or businesses.  Experience resolving disputes between partners, shareholders, landlords and tenants, creditors and borrowers, manufacturers and suppliers/distributors, neighbors, equipment lessors and lessees, contractors and subcontractors, consultants and their clients, etc.

Family Law – Handles contested and negotiated divorces.  Negotiates resolutions to marital disputes including distribution of assets, support and custody issues.

Real Estate – Negotiates and drafts agreements for purchase, sale and lease of real estate of all types, including office, apartment, retail, residential, warehouse and mixed use.  Regularly handles the financing and restructure of real estate and has extensive experience in the outdoor advertising industry.
